Description
Sconul Secretary, Toby Bainton and David Crook of the Copyright Licensing Agency will be
joining NoWAL at this morning session discussing copyright in the context of Higher
Education. Toby will address the recent changes to copyright law, focusing on The Digital
Economy Bill and The Gowers Review. David will present on the developments of the CLA
licences for Higher Education. The session will provide opportunities for attendees to ask
questions and exchange information and knowledge with colleagues.

The briefing is open to anyone who has responsibility for copyright or an interest in the
area.
