Dear fsl users,
I try to understand output files of melodic in concatenation analysis.
In the web manual (http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/melodic/index.html) :
- melodic_mix should contain subject temporal response for each component concatenated.
- melodic_Tmodes should contain subject temporal response for each component + first eigenvector of each component.
Subject temporal response does not match between this two files (even with a scale factor)
Could anyone explain what are differences between melodic_mix and melodic_Tmodes ?
I use version 3.05 of melodic
Best regards,
Mikael
PS : here the command line used to compute gICA :
melodic -i input_files -o output_dir --nomask --approach=concat --report --tr=2.000 --Ostats
