There is a bug in this mode in the released version of probtrackx that
causes this problem. What kind of system are you running FSL on?
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] probtrackx mode
Dear FSL experts,
I got nice tractography results from a previous Fdt release using
twomask_symm mode. To explore the last FSL version with spatially close
ROIs I end up with blank fdt_paths using twomask_symm mode while the single
mask/waypoints mask retrieve huge paths. The probtrackx´s man page doesn´t
help so much about the twomask_symm mode. I used the following command :
probtrackx --mode=twomask_symm -x mask1.nii.gz
--mask2=/home/etc/mask2.nii.gz -V 1 -l -f --modeuler --pd -c 0.2 -S 2000
--steplength=0.5 -P 500 --forcedir --opd -s data.bedpostX/merged -m
data.bedpostX/nodif_brain_mask --dir=/home/etc/TestTwoMaskSym
I couldn´t find any answers about those probtrackx mode (network,
twomask_symm) for recent FSL release within the email list.
Thanks for any help.
Best regards
Sebastian
