Dear FSL users,
I have a question regarding the fixed-effects analysis to combine lower-level fmri runs within a participant (as described at the FSL website: http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/feat5/detail.html#MultiSessionMultiSubject).
I performed an experiment in which 4 groups of participants (adults and children, with and without intervention) were scanned at 2 time-points (before and after intervention). At each time-point there were 2 fmri-runs. I would like to combine the 2 runs for each participant at each time-point using a fixed-effects analysis. Is it important to include all participants in the same model? And should I indicate their group membership in the first column (i.e. the Group column)?
Thanks a lot,
