I've asked the same question myself on the list and was never sure I
actually got a clear answer, or clear directions on how to go about this. If
the method is in fact well established, is it possible for the FSLVBM manual
on the FSL site to be updated? The website makes it very easy to set up a GM
VBM analysis.
