In case anyone else has had the same problem, here's what I advised Karen:
"..it's due to a badly designed form - not any desire to prevent joint submissions! For now, can I suggest you just add the name and contact details of the second presenter to the abstract - it won't be included in word limit."
This is also a good opportunity to remind list members that the deadline for proposals for poster and workshop presentations is in just over a week (Friday April 16th) - you can find full details and links to the online forms at the new DRN website at
http://www.drawing-research-network.org.uk/new-call-for-drn-2010/
We've had some really interesting discussions (for instance about teaching drawing) on the list recently which I hope some will also be represented at the conference along with the proposals we've already received.

Please forgive my last posting. It was intended to go to Pauline
Ridley and not the whole list.
