It's a very rare problem. We've discovered about five broken qmail sites
since cam.ac.uk was signed. None of them have fought back at our
suggestion of adding a patch. (It's impossible to run qmail unpatched,
since it won't compile on modern Unix, and because it has no anti-spam
features so you also have to replace its smtpd.)
