A colleague of mine approach me and he is interested in the following:
In Kenya, the President has announced Free Health Services for disabled people; What should be put in place to ensure that disabled people access these services? Are they any step by step relevant implementation mechanisms, health guidelines or what? Policies change? Do you know any work on these issues?
