Its a long time since I dabbled with QTI. However, I've been asked by a
friend/colleague in a European project I work for to find out what the
current status of QTI is with respect to accessibility - I'm
particularly thinking about support for variant questions or variant
renderings for formative assessment but to know the whole picture would
be useful too. I read in the IMS QTI forum that people are asking
questions about MathML and I am aware that a survey has been mooted but
that's all I know. I'm still personally active in personalisation and
accessibility in IMS and ISO and would be paying more attention to
accessibility of QTI myself if I had any spare time to do so.
Is there anyone could give me (here or telephone) a summary of what the
current support for these things is in QTI 2.1 or other versions and any
developments planned or underway ?
Cheers
andy
