I have a cousin who thought I was training to be an anarchist (I've set
her straight). And a child visitor in the searchroom thought that we
were octopusses - quite handy when lugging boxes around. Usually I just
say that I work in an archive, a cross between a museum and a library,
as archivist usually gets a blank look ...
