Postdoctoral Research Fellowships are available at the Ultrafast Laser Spectroscopy Lab with Dr. Howe-Siang TAN in the Division of Chemistry and Biological Chemistry, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
The research focus of Dr. TAN’s research group include:
1. Ultrafast coherent 2D spectroscopy
2. Ultrafast optical pulse shaping and applications
3. Femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy
A PhD in either Chemistry or Physics with research experience in ultrafast laser spectroscopic techniques is required. Skills and experiences in the following are desirable: LABVIEW programming; Optical experiments of biological samples; Handling and preparation of biological samples.
