Unless something has changed in ARIA 2.3, you can as Wayne says do
it either way, but if you want ARIA to use spin diffusion correction you
need to feed it the peaks and spectra rather than restraints. This is a
shame as you can do a lot in the way you generate restraints in analysis
that you can't in ARIA. The ARIA developers said that ARIA does not know
whether a restraint list came from a particular spectrum or some
combination.
