Importing a peaklist from a CCPN project into ARIA is exactly like
adding a peaklist in the standard ARIA procedure (eg. a Sparky peaklist
that has been converted to ARIA XML format).
ARIA will use this peaklist to derive distance restraints, calibrate
distances from the NOE intensity/volume and iteratively (re)assign them.
The other possibility is to first create the (ambiguous) distance
restraints from NOEs in Analysis and import them into ARIA. Again, you
can tell ARIA to calibrate these distance, remove unlikely possibilities
and potentially "noise" peaks.
Hope this helps.
