3rd Sexuality Summer School at the University of Manchester
24th - 27th May 2010

This annual Summer School is open to all postgraduates with an
interest in debates about the study of sexuality. This year's event
will have a particular focus on questions of feeling, emotion, and
affect within queer studies. Applications are welcome from Doctoral
and Masters' level students from any university, as well as third-year
undergraduates interested in taking the MA in Gender, Sexuality and
Culture at the University of Manchester.
Places limited to 40, so book early to avoid disappointment.

The Sexuality Summer School aims to offer an interdisciplinary
postgraduate experience with a difference. Organized by the Centre for
the Study of Sexuality and Culture (CSSC) at the University of
Manchester, in conjunction with the Queer up North International Arts
Festival, it includes: workshops, screenings, public lectures, Q and A
with performers, intensive small group study and student-led
discussions, as well as opportunities to attend some discounted QuN
events.
