From a transport policy perspective, Simeon has worked in partnership with a number of Local Highway Authority clients towards the development of their Local Transport Plans for both periods 1 and 2. He has also contributed to the development of a number of emerging Local Development Frameworks, predominately Core Strategies. His scope of experience also includes preparation of planning applications related to major and minor developments, public consultation and stakeholder engagement, the coordination of Environmental Impact Assessments and preparation of Statements of Case and evidence for Public Inquiries.
