As Malcolm has said, there are two issues here:
1. RAL need to remove that old website and get the redirect sorted out.
2. STFC need to indicate exactly what the problem is and whether they really think it is a priority for someone to update every single Starlink document to include STFC rather than CCLRC/PPARC/SERC/SRC. I think I could make the case that the document should reflect the state when it was written (so any document we update should have its attribution fixed).
