Hi Marco,
I had a similar problem in SPM5 : I specified a TR of "3" and during
slice timing the TR displayed was different, I also got the same error
message as you did. I then realised that the slice order I had indicated
was wrong (it was [1:2:24 2:2:24] for interleaved data while my images
were 36 slices). Maybe you could check that you correctly specified this
parameter. This message

from the mailing list also mention that this error can arise if the
number of slices is not correctly specified.
