Hi,
without commenting on your code (as I am not sure why you do a t-test
outside of spm), for FDR correction, you may want to have a look at
FDRill, by Tom, adapted for SPM5 by Cyril, as available here
(https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind06&L=SPM&P=R780831).
Even I was able to adapt it to my needs so it can't be that hard :)
