My purpose is to draw the event related response and I am using spm5. The questions are:
1. fitted response and PSTH, which one to report.
fitted response is the fitting of the canonical HRF, PSTH can be considered as averaged values on time bins (RT), am I correct? If so, both make sense, but which is better to be reported in paper (can be seen in papers as smoothed or not smoothed curves). Usually what's the reason to choose one of them?
2. In spm workspace, Y is fitted response, but I can't find where is PSTH.
3. What's the command to get fitted response and PSTH at single subject level?
I was told that spm5 give the two at single subject level. For group level, toolbox like rfxplot is needed. But I met problems with using rfxplot.
I figure there should be a command in spm5 to get the two, anybody let me know what's it? Otherwise manually doing it with "plot" will be crazy (for each ROI of each condition of each session of each subject).
Thanks
