You should check the normalization; it looks like there's some kind of
"wrapping" at the front and back of the image. You can sort of imagine
if you "moved" what you're seeing anterior to the PFC, back to V1, then
it might make more sense. I'm not sure what would cause this.
I didn't look through the batch file, but what do you use to normalize?
Do you use the subject's structural image and Unified Segmentation? You
should do a Check Reg on the normalized images and the templates, to start.
