Dear Hiroshi,
after displaying such a graph, you will notice that there is a variable
named 'contrast' in MATLAB workspace, that contains all the information
you need.
See the help of spm_graph.m:
% The structure contrast.contrast = cbeta;
% contrast.standarderror = SE;
% contrast.interval = 2*CI;
%
% is assigned in base workspace for plots of contrasts and their error
