Islandora: http://islandora.ca/ Particularly if the IR in question is
Fedora-based to begin with.
Hubzero: http://hubzero.org/ No IR integration that I'm aware; I don't
think preservation was a desideratum for this software suite.
Alternately, you could roll-your-own based on the deposit protocol
SWORD, http://swordapp.org/ . If your favorite content-management
system is PHP-based, Stuart Lewis may have done much of the work for
