Message from the MIST mailing list.
Dear Colleagues,
We are emailing in connection with the scientific programme for NAM2010
in Glasgow, April 12th - 16th 2010.
Now that the deadline for abstract submission and early bird registration
has passed, we have reviewed the overall number of slots that are still
available. (Due to expected restrictions on the number of slots for talks
and poster spaces available, we had to limit the number of first/presenting
author abstracts for NAM2010 to one per registered participant).
We would now like to invite NAM2010 registered participants who wish to
submit a *second* abstract for a NAM2010 *POSTER* to now do so.
Registrants should email their abstract directly to the Convenor of the
relevant NAM2010 parallel session, copied to [log in to unmask]
Please indicate "P** 2nd abstract submission" (for Session P**) in the
subject line of your email, to ensure that it is dealt with promptly.
Please note that these POSTER abstracts will be considered on a first-come,
first-served basis so if you are interested in submitting a second
abstract please do so very soon, and certainly before FRIDAY 12TH MARCH.
