Could you please advertise the NUBS/CLAHRC-NDL PhD Scholarships detailed below?
Two Full Scholarships offered by Nottingham University Business School, in conjunction with an applied health research institute, CLAHRC NDL
Nottingham University Business School are offering 2 full scholarships covering full tuition fees as well as tax-free living expenses of £13,650 per year (ESRC rate for 2010-11) in conjunction with an applied health research institute, CLAHRC NDL. For these, PhD research should focus on any issue associated with innovation in healthcare and/or the translation of clinical evidence into practice.
"CLAHRC-NDL stands for Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care, covering the area of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire (www.clahrc-ndl.nihr.ac.uk). It is an applied health research partnership between the University of Nottingham and NHS organisations in the East Midlands, funded by the National Institute for Health Research. Its mission is to undertake high quality, applied research and related education in order to enable a 'step change' in the way research informs service development. CLAHRC-NDL fosters 'knowledge exchange' that improves the quality and effectiveness of health and social care delivery across the East Midlands.
The scholarships are available to Home/EU students. To apply for the NUBS/CLAHRC-NDL studentships, applicants should provide a curriculum vitae and a 1000 word indicative, research proposal that focuses on any issue associated with innovation in healthcare and/or the translation of clinical evidence into practice.
