Is there a straightforward way to allow the FSL tools to use an
environmental variable for everything that it would write to /tmp ?
We'd like to point the temporary outputs to a different location, which is
set dynamically as an env $TMP.
However i noticed in a lot of the source code that /tmp is hardcoded in many
of the tools.
I realize that I could edit the source and rebuild, but this could get be
trying to do every time there is a new release.
thanks,
