Hi,
My question is related to these posts.

We acquired dti data at 96x96 (60 directions, 6 b0, 240mm FOV, 2.5mm
thickness) which got interpolated to 256x256 thus giving a resolution of
0.9375x0.9375x2.5
From the following posts i understand that i can change the CV to avoid
interpolation. But what can i do to the data that i've already acquired?
Inorder to save processing time i can crop the images to 192x 192 voxels but
the resolution will still remain anisotropic. My question is : Will this
interpolation ( zero-padding in k-space) affect (deleteriously) fiber
tracking since isotropic voxels are recommended for fiber tracking or does
it only affect my processing time? In case of the former ,how can i undo
this interpolation after acquisition?
