don't worry - you should be fine.
Cheers-

Betreff: [FSL] has wrong pixdim4 in header any consequences on analyses?
Hello FSLers,
I have a (hopefully) quick question: I just realized that for some of my
functional timeseries, the pixdim4 parameter (i.e. the TR) was wrong,
probably due to conversion issues when converting from DICOM to niftii. Now
I'm wondering whether this could have affected the analysis performed with
FEAT? My first guess is no, as one has to manually set the TR value in the
GUI when setting up the analysis, but I'd love to hear it from someone who
knows it for sure...
I'll still have to check that this was the only problem during conversion,
but that might be easier than re-running everything...
Many thanks for the help!
Stephane
