Dear list,
In our study that we want to run through SIENA, we have:
* for time point 1: structural images as well as brain-extracted images
* for time point 2: structural images
Both sets of images were made on the same scanner, so imaging conditions
are the same modulo some scanner upgrades.
Brain extraction of the time point 1 images was done with BET, but no
mask or skull images, or parameters were stored.
For almost every subject, BET parameters that are good for time point 1
need to be changed for time point 2.
Does anyone know if there is:
* a way to pass different BET parameters to SIENA for the two time points?
(or of course, alternatively a set of BET parameters that have found
to be very robust:
in our
case the -R option punes too aggressively)
* a way to reproduce a BET result on the basis of an already extracted
brain(-mask)?
Many thanks for your suggestions!
Best wishes
Alle Meije Wink
