Hello dear experts,
I've asked this before, but perhaps I need to rephrase my question a little:
I find MELODIC to be a very helpful tool in various ways. But one thing did not become clear to me: is it ok to run temporal concatenation MELODIC followed by Dual Regression (tcM/DR) on an activation (not resting) dataset consisting of two groups that exhibit differential responses to the task? Will tcM/DR suffer from a bias resulting from differential task activations, just as PPI analyses are prone to, if you do not regress out the task?
Thanks for any clarifications,
best regards,
Cornelius Werner
