Not strictly true as Lymeswold was originally to have been produced
at the then-working (but since demolished) Stilton dairy in Wymeswold
(Leics). For whatever reasons the fairly short-lived production of
Lymeswold cheese was done in the south-west. But the first label for
Lymeswold cheese was recognisably a view of the 'village green' in Wymeswold.
