We have asked people what sort of adjustments they need - large print, email, audio CD, audio tape etc. Some do prefer the digital media, but we still have many people who still prefer tape. We are gradually moving over to CD's, emails and so on, but obviously, when people still want tape, we have to provide it.
A colleague has found an old tape recorder in her loft, so I'm hoping that we can use that until we get everyone caught up with the 21st Century!
