Hi there
Can anyone help????
Within Wales welsh social housing has to meet the Design Quality
Requirements (WAG, 2005) to obtain social housing grant. Within this
standard are a number of standards including CSH which asks for dual
flush with 2.6/4 litre flush and our standards RNIB Housing Sight (2003)
which asks for a paddle flush on the transfer side of the toilet.
Unfortunately at the moment I cannot find a toilet to satisfy both the
CSH and the RNIB standards. Therefore developers are having to make a
choice between the two standards as we cannot find a paddle
flush/accessible flush that meets the CSH standards of 2.6/4 litre
flush.
I am therefore looking for an accessible dual flush system i.e. can be
operated with a paddle flush to meet the RNIB Housing Sight Standards
that also meets the CSH standards 2.6/4 litre flush. The only toilets
that seem to do this have a very small inaccessible push down dual
button.
Any thoughts would be gladly received
