Hello,
I must admit I have never seen anything like this before but it looks as
if the CSF template has two components, one of them shifted w.r.t. the
other one. I would be suprised if this was a problem in TOM, I would
rather suggest checking your input images, i.e., are they all in
alignment with each other? If they definitely are, I would delete the
already estimated parameters and try again. If that does still not work,
let me know.
