Hi,
I'm afraid that the released version of run_mesh_utils isn't
fully functional and so that's why it isn't properly documented
yet. The edit feature that you want would not work with the
--doVolumeToScalars option though - there is different
functionality for that. The features used to do some of the
things in the Zarei et al paper are still only in our internal
versions, but should hopefully be available with the next
external release.
