Doesn't look that way. If you access the persistent URL:
http://jameelcentre.ashmolean.org/object/EA1956.1578
using Curl, it just does a classic 302 redirection and gives you the web
page you started from:
http://jameelcentre.ashmolean.org/collection/921/object/1038
even if you ask for application/rdf+xml in the Accept header. However,
all it needs is a bit more development. Check the Accept header in the
HTTP request, and if RDF is requested, issue a "303 See Other" response
instead, quoting the URL at which an RDF representation of this object
can be found, e.g.:
http://jameelcentre.ashmolean.org/object/rdf/EA1956.1578
(Then write code to generate said RDF at that address, of course.)
