Dear Muhammad,
Although we have not yet completely solved the problem I found a way
for you to import your files in a way that looks correct. You should
install the EEGLAB toolbox (http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/), import your
files there, save them as EEGLAB datasets (.set files) then put the
attached 3 files in /external/fileio/private subdirectory of SPM and
import the set files to SPM with Convert button. The resulting files
look OK to me and the timing of the events is as you described. We'll
keep looking into the problem to provide a better solution.
