Dear Joana,
sorry, the "Volume of Interest" module in the batch editor is not
documented yet.
In short, to create the same VOI.mat you get interactively when you do
the following:
* press Results
* select SPM.mat
* choose a contrast, let's say it's number 3
* don't do masking
* choose p < 0.05 (FWE) and k=0
* MIP: go to global maxima
* press Eigenvariate button
* choose VOI name: test
* adjust for effect of interest (F-contrast)
* choose session number, eg 1
* sphere of 10 mm
you can set up a Volume of Interest module so that:
* Select SPM.mat: idem
* Adjust data: index of the F-contrast
* Which session: 1
* Name of VOI: test
* Regions of Interest (2):
* Thresholded SPM:
- Contrast: 3
- Threshold type: FWE
- Threshold: 0.05
- Extent: 0
* Sphere:
- Centre: [0 0 0] (arbitrary here as we move it below)
- Radius: 10
- Movement of centre:
Global maxima, SPM index 1 (to refer to previous map)
* Expression: i1 & i2 (the intersection of the two ROIs defined)
It might sound a bit overkill and impossible to understand without
documentation but it then also handles some more complicated situations...
Best regards,
Guillaume.
