the term ceo really means nothing. one person or a group of them is going to
yield chance results. it's like putting 4 musicians in a room that know
their instruments and expecting hits like the beatles, it is highly unlikely
and more likely to occur by chance.

i've done the board, committee, trust, ceo, owner, project manager, designer
to designer, idiot to idiot...first person, second and third.
the sync depends on something completely unexplainable.
