Have posted another still life.(see below) I Should get my act together
and rewrite the below as a blog text entry??????????????????
There is this thing called a signature style, in photography, of which
it is assumed this is a way of getting an identity as an individual
artist and this is a horizon toward which artist as a subject strives
but never reaches. Okay, I would much prefer being on the absolute
horizon, beyond such a limited horizon, but which ever:
Perhaps, first I am far too much of a modernist to assign this to a
particular person or author but it does begin to suggest that the still
lifes series I am working on has it's own signature style. The
difficulty is making the ones that seem to be outside need to be
attached onto what could called a diverging plane.
Anyway, my question is; do the still lifes themselves, have a style
which works as a signature? I like to think the images themselves own
the signature rather then the personal user of a camera? So signature is
something which is outside a photographic artist and is made by the
print.

Anyways, comments, divergent ideas and so forth most invited as welcome,
