Subject: Beginners and Intermediate Workshops in Qualitative Evidence Synthesis
Following the success of last year's Evidence Synthesis of Qualitative
Research in Europe (ESQUIRE) Workshop in Sheffield we have organised two
related events this year.
For those who have no prior familiarity with Qualitative Evidence
Synthesis (qualitative systematic reviews) there is a repeat of the
ESQUIRE course 7th - 9th September 2010:
http://www.shef.ac.uk/scharr/shortcourseunit/courses_new/esquiresept10.html
For those who have been on last year's ESQUIRE course (or similar) and
simply want an update on methodological developments from the Cochrane
Qualitative Research Methods Group Convenors we have planned the following:
Issues & Challenges for Qualitative Research in Evidence Synthesis
(InCQuiRES) - 9th September 2010:
http://www.shef.ac.uk/scharr/shortcourseunit/courses_new/incquiresept10.html
As you will see from the information those who attend the ESQUIRE course
receive an inclusive package which concludes with the Issues &
Challenges for Qualitative Research in Evidence Synthesis (InCQuiRES)
Update day.
Details and Booking forms at the two respective Web pages.
Regards
Andrew Booth
