Jobs submitted to CREAM can be given a lease time, which can be renewed.
When the lease for a job expires, CREAM cancels this jobs.
This is what happened for your CE. It looks like the lease was not
renewed by the client.
The lease stuff is not used for jobs submitted via the CLI and not yet
for jobs submitted via the gLite WMS.
So I guess these jobs have been submitted by Condor
