Dear Jean-Bernard,
you can/should use lcg-tags instead. This has been updated for SL5
properly. Actually I do not know what was the decision, either to drop
lcg-ManageVOTag from the gLite distribution or to fix.
There was some Savannah ticket about it, but I am too lazy too search
for it.
