The Support Centre for Open Resources in Education (SCORE) is running a workshop event 'Opportunities, challenges and barriers to Open Educational Resources' which will include presentations from three UK OER projects:

A wiki-based approach, TRUE: Teaching Resources for Undergraduate Economics (Prof. Rebecca Taylor of Nottingham Trent University)
*
Changing institutional processes and practices to enable free open access to high quality educational resources, OTTER: Open Transferrable and Technologically-Enabled Resources (Richard Mobbs, University of Leicester)
In the afternoon there will be facilitated discussion around opportunities, challenges and barriers to creating, publishing and using open educational resouces in higher education. This event is suitable for those who are new to open educational resources, and those who are already engaged in this activity.
