AFAIK Diamorphine is not used at all in a lot of EU countries.
German system of postgrad education v different to ours. still the old
Apprentice Model, and each state has its own registration system- no
federal register exists.
100mg amps- probably only for terminal care scenarios where a syringe
driver has run out???
