Hi all,
Our lab recently purchased a MacPro 8-core machine with the intent that we can parallelize
FSL analyses. It soon dawned upon us, that Gridengine is not available for Snow Leopard.
Given these embarrassing circumstances, please advise me on the best course of action.
Does anyone have any experience with installing Gridengine on Snow Leopard?
Is there any way other than SGE, that i can use to parallelize FSL tasks like tbss_2_reg ,
randomize, bedpostx on this standalone machine.
I could return this machine and get a linux powerstation instead but i would risk being
ostracized by higher powers in my department who are Mac lovers, not to mention the
purchasing person. Please help!
