Ok, so after a bit of research, I figured out that for second level analysis, featquery grabs
the ppheight from the design.lcon file. In my case, for the odd subject, this value was "1",
which is about 100 x the size of what it should be. That would explain why the % signal
changes were so high in this subject.
Still don't know why the ppheight is coming out as "1" though....
