Hi,
You might want to determine the md5sum of the downloaded package. If it
does not match the one specified on the webpage
(http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/cgi-bin/fslchecksums.pl).
I assume you tried to download the file several times with several
computer. I once had a problem with one machine that had broken RAM.
This lead to corrupted files as well.
