Hi folks,
I am seeking some information on the inclusion/exclusion of disabled people in public policies by the Government of Madagascar or by local government in the same country. I am aware that they have signed up to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in September of 2009 but would really appreciate any information that any of you can give.
Please mail me off list at one or both of the address below.
Many thanks in advance and kind regards,
Frank
