Yes... that sucking sound you can hear in the background 
is the funding for tens of thousands of student places, 
thousands of jobs and hundreds of research projects being 
vacuumed out of the UK Higher Education sector to be put 
where it rightfully belongs, into the bonus pool for 
Goldman Sachs....
