After a quck look, problem 1) seems to be a possible bug. I shall pass it
to Tim for resolution.
For problem 2) I suspect the problem is with the restraint import/export.
Could you tell us how you exported (and re-imported) the retraints?
For large peaks delta there is a partial solution. First try 'Show Peaks'.
If it so happens that the peak dimension you want (e.g. 15 Asn Nd2) is
always in e.g. F2 for all the peaks, click the column header 'F2' to sort
according to F2. That will not always be the case, but four out of your
five 'Large peak delta' marked red come out cleanly like this.
As for the 'too many coupling partners) it looks to me like all the ones
you have are genuine problem assignmets. The only exception is 55 Arg Hha.
I shall ask Tim about that one. If you look at the peask with 'Show Peaks'
you could probably fix the rest yourself if you looked carefully for an
assignment that might not fit. Just as a quick impression it seems to be
mostly NOESY peaks that are assigned wrong.
